Entrenched

About 2 weeks ago I was working on a Crate as an Assignment for Think Tank and as I was making it I began thinking a lot about the story of this crate. After getting the idea to initally do a diorama, I ended up spending almost all of my spare time for the next week and a half creating this environment. Along the way sources of inspiration I picked up (such as Jake Manns Abandonded Trench) only served to increase my tempo. It was one of those moments where a surge of inspiration borderline possesses you and forces you to move forward and make something memorable.

Check out this cinematic! (the footage may appear slightly low res, I no longer have premium!)

Bunker Shot

I've always loved shots with these shadowy, dark focal spots.

To the left we have the first photoscan I ever completed (with the help of Marcel Lenoir and Hannes Lidbeck) and to the right we have my first major assignment for Think Tank.

Meshes are all done by me, photoscans where made together with Marcel Lenoir and Hannes Lidbeck and lastly the megascans are.. well megascans but I did end up authoring my own shader for them.

I want to highlight how effective a color grade can be for a project. It really often is that final 1% that can make all the difference.
